Zebra ZAKL014 at Klapperkop
This Plains Zebra has a number of features that make identification easy. I like zebras like that!
The most obvious one is the bold stripe heading down from the base of the tail and not connecting to the stripe coming up from the belly. The top part of the stripe ends with a rounded shape while the bottom one appears to avoid the top one and fades out to a point.
There are a few useful features on its back and note the black spot on its shoulder. A number of splits and joins are evident if needed to help the identification process.
