Zebra ZAKL008 at Klapperkop
Zebras love tall grass which can often obscure much of the stripe pattern. Fortunately, in this photo, the grass is not affecting identification.
I notice that there are only a few shadow stripes and they are very faint. There are a number of stripes coming down from the zebra’s back which converge into one which then runs down to the belly.
The pattern on the shoulder is fairly distinctive and will help with identification. If you look at the base of the neck, there is a black spot which seems to connect two stripes. This is definitely a useful identification feature.
